Executive Community Council

The One Mission Executive Community Council is a trusted group of supporters and advisors who compliment the One Mission Board of Directors.

They act as ambassadors, helping increase visibility, as well as lend their expertise, insights, and experience for the betterment of One Mission. We are honored to have such a talented and dedicated group supporting our mission.

Greg Angland

Greg is the SVP, of Client Experience at Norbella, a media agency located in Boston. He has 25+ years of marketing, media strategy, planning, and buying experience encompassing a wide range of both B2B and B2C categories. His approach is data-based and results-driven, developing holistic and integrated strategies across all channels and brand messaging. He has led the media efforts for the One Mission Buzz Off for Kids with Cancer charity event for the past 12 years. He was previously a member of the Board of Trustees for Crossroads School in Natick, MA, a school for autistic children. Greg also is actively working with the Riverview School on Cape Cod on marketing/media efforts, a school focused on complex learning, language, and cognitive disabilities.

Adam Bortolussi
Adam Bortolussi

Adam Bortolussi is the Founder and President of Bortolussi Wealth Management, Inc. Adam has worked in the financial services field since 2002 when he started at Morgan Stanley as an Intern. Adam also serves as a Director for Fitts Insurance Agency, Inc. and as Chairman of the Board of Directors for The 200 Foundation, Inc. Adam lives with his wife, two children, and their two golden retrievers in Hopkinton, Massachusetts.

Kelly Chauncey
Kelly Chauncy

Kelly Chauncey is the Practice Manager at McMillan Education, where she oversees all the office operations. Prior to joining McMillan Education, she spent 13 years managing a fast-paced real estate office, where her extreme attention to detail and organization skills allowed the office to run more efficiently and effectively. Kelly has also worked as a primary house parent for 7th/8th grade girl’s dorm, head counselor for middle school children at Dexter Southfield School in Brookline, and Assistant Director, Lead Teacher at Hills and Falls Nursery School in Newton. Kelly is extremely family oriented and loves spending time with her husband, two children, two dogs, and her large extended family.

Robert Ciardi

Robert Ciardi is the Managing Partner and Founder of Provident Healthcare Partners. Mr. Ciardi has over 25 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, and corporate finance, and has been the lead banker in hundreds of M&A transactions aggregating billions of dollars throughout his career. He is a featured speaker at many healthcare industry seminars and is quoted in numerous industry trade publications. In addition to his vast healthcare experience, Mr. Ciardi has also been a founding shareholder of several other companies in the fields of venture capital, private equity, real estate development, and financial servicesMr. Ciardi is an active member of several healthcare industry trade groups as well as a number of charitable and community organizations, including One Mission and Provident’s own Charitable Foundation.

Penny Cieri
Penny Cieri

Penny Cieri worked in commercial real estate, specializing in factory outlet malls before raising a family. She has also helped her husband, Frank, start and run their family businesses Micros Northeast, The Cieri Group, and Atlantic Medicinal Partners. Penny graduated from the University of New Hampshire’s Whittemore School of Business. Penny also stays involved with her children’s schools, One Mission and The Boys and Girls Club of Lawrence.

Claire Fahie Conley is the Vice President of North America Retail at Crocs, Inc. Prior to joining Crocs, Inc., she was at Reebok for 10 years where she held the same position. Claire is a leader in the retail field with a proven track record of creating a consumer-focused, brand-enhancing experience, developing long-range strategies to deliver sustainable growth and profit, and motivating and leading high-performing teams to achieve best-in-class results. Claire is a passionate, fun, and high-energy leader who enjoys helping her team achieve results, mentoring and developing others, spending time with her family and friends, cooking, wine, and traveling. She works closely with One Mission, Feeding America, and CHIEF, a network connecting and supporting women leaders.

Rochelle Cowan
Rochelle Cowan

Rochelle Cowan is the Public Service Director at Clear Channel Outdoor in the Boston market. She has over 15 years of Outdoor Advertising experience in multiple positions since graduating from college. In her spare time, she loves to bake, plan her next trip to Disney World and read. Rochelle enjoys spending time with her husband and son as well as her extended family and friends.

Eric Farias
Eric Farias

Eric Farias is the East Workplace Foodservice Director at PepsiCo where he guarantees the achievement of topline plan metrics, drives priority branding, ensures the Go-To-Market structure is proficient and productive to service customers and builds a talented, knowledgeable, and responsive team. He started his career at PepsiCo as a Merchandising Manager, and over his almost 25 years with the company, he’s served in a variety of roles, including Territory Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, and Sales Director. He has been recognized for his hard work and accomplishments with the National “We Are Pepsi” Award, the MFA Person of the Year, and 40 Under 40 Northeast, among others. Eric is a family man who loves golf, and supporting causes he’s passionate about, like Autism Speaks and One Mission.

Dan Mees
Dan Mees

Dan Mees is the Founder of Mees Communications, LLC. and a 25-year veteran of high-tech public relations. Dan is a writer, runner, dog-dad, and dedicated family man who has run nine marathons to date, including Boston, NYC, Big Sur, and Vermont City Marathon. Dan started distance running at the age of 49 to celebrate the life of his brother Jim, who passed away from pancreatic cancer. This October, Dan will once again be running the Boston Marathon for One Mission, which will be his 10th career in-person marathon!

Joseph Millette

Joseph Millette is a determined Key Account Manager who has worked for Polar Beverages since 2008.  Joe’s primary focus has been to expand the Polar footprint and the Account Manager of the private label division for a large grocery store chain in New England. Along with managing his Key Account, Joe also supports the new-aged portion of the business by being the liaison between brands and the buyers of products. With his dedication, sense of humor, charm, and wit, clients and colleagues do not hesitate to contact him with an issue or just to have a laugh. In addition to being the key contact for his customers, Joe is the key contact for the ladies in his life. Joe is married and has two beautiful daughters who all reside in southern New Hampshire with their dog Bailey. Joe likes to keep busy in his spare time with, landscaping, carpentry, and remodeling. When it’s time to wind down and relax, Joe enjoys taking rides on the boat, relaxing on the beach, and traveling to tropical locations.

Sheri Rosenberg
Sheri Rosenberg

Sheri Rosenberg was a part of the Community, Alumni & Player Relations Departments at the Boston Red Sox for over 20 years. She previously worked in both Group Sales and Ticket Operations as well. Prior to joining the Red Sox, she worked at Boston University’s School of Medicine and Abt Associates. Sheri graduated from Bryant College in Smithfield, RI. She currently resides in Watertown, MA, and is originally from Endwell, NY.

Steve Thompson
Steve Thompson

Steve Thompson is the Founder and Principal at Sales 10 Coaching, a sales development consulting firm helping sales organizations unleash excellence. Steve discovered One Mission in 2013 when his daughter Alanna asked him to participate in the Buzz Off with her, and he has participated every year since. Steve is a Type 1 Diabetic and enjoys sharing his journey with others who struggle to find a meaningful balance in their T1D self-care.
