Are you ready to beat cancer to the punch? Haymakers for Hope is a charity organization that gives people the chance to physically fight back against cancer. When you participate in this event and choose to fight for One Mission, you will train and compete in their charity boxing event, raise money, and generate awareness for One Mission. 100% of donations go directly to One Mission and make a direct and immediate impact on the kids and families we serve. By stepping in the ring, you will bring joy & countless smiles to children fighting cancer.
Haymakers for Hope has raised over $20 million dollars to date, and every year they host men and women’s charity boxing events at the House of Blues in Boston, MA.
Haymakers for Hope is an official 501(c)(3) charity organization that began in the fall of 2009, when co-founders Julie Ann Kelly and Andrew Myerson embarked on the training process to compete in the New York City Golden Gloves.
Julie and Andrew decided that the grueling physical, mental, and emotional test of competing was not enough – they also wanted to raise money for cancer research, making the event an opportunity to literally fight for a cure.
