Modalities

The Tapping Solution – Tapping, also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), is a powerful stress relief technique. Tapping is based on the combined principles of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology.

Muscle Activation Technique – MAT Practitioners have a deep understanding on how isolated muscle function can contribute to the total body integrated system. MAT looks at the integrated system by breaking it down into its isolated parts. Through assessing the function of each individual muscle and its relationship to total body function, MAT is able to address those isolated weaknesses in order to improve total body muscle performance.

Internal Family Systems – Internal Family Systems is a powerfully transformative, evidence-based model of psychotherapy. We believe the mind is naturally multiple and that is a good thing.  Our inner parts contain valuable qualities and our core Self knows how to heal, allowing us to become integrated and whole.

Brainspotting – Brainspotting is a powerful, focused treatment method that works by identifying, processing and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, dissociation and a variety of other challenging symptoms. Brainspotting is a simultaneous form of diagnosis and treatment, enhanced with Biolateral sound, which is deep, direct, and powerful yet focused and containing.
